This was nearby a lovely restaurant area but further from the city centre. It suited us perfectly as we were visiting family. The beds were quite hard which is t our preference. The place was a good size but lacking amenities needed for a longer stay.

The room arranged for us by the hotel is facing the internal community, so it is very quiet. The location is good. It is very convenient to travel. The only thing that is a bit speechless is to take a bath. His water heater is an electric water storage type. It takes a long time to wait for the second person to have hot water to wash. I queue up for a bath every day. A lot of time is wasted. The water can't be turned on too much when washing, otherwise the water will become cold without washing it.

The hotel is very beautiful, with a big forest behind and a playground in front. Parking is quite convenient. But my car was scratched for no reason.
The breakfast is very rich. After staying for two days, the variety will be changed.
Dinner is 12 euros per person, buffet, and the price-performance ratio is also very high, but there are no drinks. You can also order food at the coffee bar next to it, and the taste is very good.
The room on the fourth floor has no air conditioning. It was very hot in the first half of the night, and I didn't dare to open the window. The balcony door is very cool when it is opened, but I dare not open it at night.
The ceiling windows on the fourth floor are not blocked, and it is very bright early in the morning.

The location is very central, quiet in a busy area, on the corner of a street. There is a restaurant and bar downstairs for drinking, so the whole hotel style is neon trendy and unique. I stayed here mainly because it was convenient to take the shuttle bus to the airport the next day. The room is not big, but very exquisite.

Super super friendly and helpful staff, esp Kristina and her staff Mina, which they helped us with reporting wallet lose to nearby police stop (which the police can't speak any English at all). Superb location, room hygiene and breakfast quality! Unforgettable hotel at our Serbia trip!

GGuest UserWhile the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations.
Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries.
However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises.
Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

GGuest UserExcellent location, in the center of the old city. 10 minutes from the main street, 25 minutes from the fortress, and relatively close to the church. I specifically chose a larger premium room. The 2 premium rooms were on the 1st and 7th floors. The room types are different. I looked at them and felt that the premium rooms all faced the street. On the second day, a gentleman at the front desk spoke very good English and gave a detailed introduction to the various attractions. He also agreed to a late check-out. Parking must be parked in the underground parking lot of the park opposite, where there is a machine for payment. Although there are many parking spaces on the ground, there is no payment machine. You need to go to the post office to buy a parking ticket, which is very troublesome. The breakfast is average and also belongs to the standard of Accor.

GGuest UserThe warm and friendly attitude of dear receptionist Peca, who hosted me in a very sincere manner, explaining in detail the places to visit and the restaurants to eat at, really impressed me, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location is excellent, and I think this is the most important aspect when you're in Belgrade. The time spent in the room is very limited, but of course, the amenities provided by the room are quite good. There is a double-glazing system, so the city noise doesn't come inside. The ceiling is very high, and the room design is very modern. The bathtub in the room enhances the overall appearance, and there is also an additional bathroom. I was very satisfied, and I know where I’ll be staying when I come to Belgrade again. What kind of view awaits you when you step out of the hotel? I've attached a photo (02.09.2024)

GGuest UserIt can be for one night. However, overall I am not satisfied with the services. Everything had to be asked for - from slippers, a shaving set, a toothbrush, etc... The breakfast was insufficient - only after complaining at the reception did I get an omelette, lemon and ham.... Nothing was explained. Later they unloaded five oranges, a kiwi and one banana.... The room was very small and noisy

GGuest UserInterior of the hotel is very nice, much improved since the last time. And the price for the location like that is amazing. I was pleasantly surprised and I actually like the hotel very much. People working there can be a bit annoying and maybe overly-friendly for my likings, but overall nice experience. I will definitely come again.
