Hotels in Stari Grad, Belgrade

Pros: - Centrally located - Good breakfast - Clean rooms Cons: - Only one small elevator - Poor room service (cleaners may enter your room even with a sign ”do not disturb” and early in the morning) - Some equipment in gym is not working - Staff's English language knowledge should be improved

It is equivalent to a Home Inn in China. The location of the hotel is very good. The surrounding area is very convenient. It is suitable for city walk. Drinking water is only provided once. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel. The breakfast is not bad!

The room is really a bit old and should be renovated and upgraded. The exterior looks quite grand. The hotel's own restaurant and bar has always been very popular and is full of people during the day and night. The hotel is very conveniently located, whether walking or using a car.

В целом все было хорошо, в номере есть кофемашина, чайник, водичку обновляли каждый день. Но, важно, что в отеле нету лобби, если вы хотя бы на пару часов приедете раньше, посидеть, подождать чек ин негде, мы после прилета гуляли с 6 утра, и последние пару часов надеялись просто посидеть в отеле, но пришлось сидеть на лестнице, спасибо, что на 30 минут получилось заселить пораньше. Отель находится не далеко от центра, но идти надо в горку, хоть и недолго. В целом нам все понравилось, персонал был вежлив и приветлив, уборка проводилась ежедневно, но над джакузи была довольно видимая паутинка, нам она не мешала, но она была))

The location is very good. If there is a lot of luggage, you need to walk a distance from Independence Square. Try to set a big bed room. I have a single room. It is a little small. My friend has a big bed price but the room is much bigger.

excellent location near the pedestrian street and Belgrade park and fortress, , no street noise to the back. the building is curr underyies heavy construction works, with only 1 floor being operational as a hotel, and other just a facade with hollow windows. I as a diamond member got the best deal waking up to the drilling noise from all four sides at 8am that continued until 1700. but its going to be a great hotel and the building has a historical character.

I’m really thankful with the staff at the reception. They were very helpful during my late check in, and also gave me good recommendations about where to eat and how to get to some places I was interested in visiting. My stay in Belgrade was very short but if I come back I’ll definitely stay in City Nest Modern & Cosy Suites.

The hotel is conveniently located near Grand Avenue and Place de la République. However, the price-performance ratio of the room is not high, and the service staff's English is very poor. They charge all kinds of things because you are a foreigner. First of all, there are no slippers in the room. You go to the front desk and ask for them before they give them to you. The room only provides one bottle of water a day. The whole room is very small and compact, 2 stars worse than the nearby Hilton. The room price here is really not worth the money compared to its service and hardware. Secondly, we must remember that when we booked with Ctrip, the city construction tax was included, but when we left the hotel, the hotel charged the city construction tax for both of us. Moreover, Ctrip shows that the price for breakfast is more than 100 yuan, but the hotel here charges more than 20 euros for breakfast per person, which is different from Ctrip. But fortunately, Ctrip's customer service manager helped me solve the problem in time. Ctrip is still reliable when I go out in the future. The front desk of this hotel really feels like bullying foreigners.

Very very friendly receptionists, both in the morning and evening. Very good recommendations on restaurants, places to visit and transport to get there. They know the area well! Breakfast is amazing, variety of selection and different options every day. Nice environment both inside the restaurant and in the conservatory, where the hot dishes are served. The room is nicely decorated. I have a room with separate stairs. The room in itself is separated from the rest to the hotel so I don’t hear any noise from neighbours, but I assume they would have a pretty good job at isolating noise. The room decoration is modern, plenty of amenities including separate bottles of shower gels, shampoo and body lotion (and even slippers!). Can’t take these for granted anymore in hotels. Location is excellent, ten-minute walk from the touristic area (eg. Republic square), plenty of options for buses and trolley buses around. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again when I go to Belgrade next time.

В целом всё неплохо. До пешеходной улицы где все гуляют и много кафешек нужно пройти минут 15-20. Тут прям жилой район. В проживание входит сауна и спортзал, но я там не был, оценить не могу. Засорилась раковина, попросил утром на ресепшене исправить, так никто и не пришёл. Воду в бутылках дают только на первый день, но есть чайник и чай с кофе в пакетиках, так что норм. Убирались каждый день.
