Everything about the hotel is good, but I just want to ask, it's a 5-star hotel, but they don't provide drinking water??? They said the hotel only provides 2 bottles, and I stayed for 4 days, which means if I check out and check in every day, can it be provided all the time??? Quite speechless!!!

I really liked the hotel. It was our first time in Belgrade, so we have nothing to compare it with, but it definitely deserves five stars in terms of service, equipment and the building itself. The infrastructure is all new. Loved the roof terrace. The hotel management needs to more actively promote it among guests in good weather, because the views are gorgeous, and such a good terrace is really rare. There could be questions about the interior itself, of course, since the style of the hotel is not for everyone. But overall everything looks good and decent. My husband liked the spa area, the massage therapist did a great job, and a good workout room. All in all, a great place to stay for a few days in Belgrade.
