Terrible service
We arrived at around midnight, after an agreement with the hotel, there should be a key for us. But they didn't give us the kode for the keybox, so we couldt enter the hotel.
When we next day checked in we got a wrong room with 1 bed instead of the 2 we ordered

No one on reception when we arrived at 6pm.. if it wasn’t for someone who lived in the building that let us in we wouldn’t have got in. When arriving in the room 2 radiators were not attached to the wall. The cushions and bed throws were dirty, there was damp on the ceiling in the shower, the door handle of the bathroom was falling off so you couldn’t lock the door. There was meant to be breakfast included in the price and there was NOTHING.. we seen no member of staff the whole time we was there and when you did try and contact them you could never get through or they would get back to you days later! Would never return!

Very nice, clean and tidy hotel in the city center. Polite staff and delicious breakfasts in a cafe around the corner. All attractions are within walking distance. I recommend! For your money, this is one of the best inexpensive accommodation options in the center.
