The price I booked was obviously more expensive than hotels of the same level, but the hotel elevator was broken when I checked in, and I had to carry my luggage up the stairs to the room on the fifth floor. I asked the hotel front desk when the elevator would be repaired, and she said she didn't know when it would be repaired (I later saw that it would be repaired in three days). I wanted to check out, but the hotel disagreed. After the platform came forward to coordinate, I was moved to a room on the first floor, so I didn't have to climb the stairs. The location of this hotel is pretty good. It takes about ten minutes to walk to most attractions. The hotel breakfast is also okay. There is also a relatively large supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping and buying some daily necessities. If you can get a good price, this is still a good choice.

Very good hotel in the center of Belgrade. Single room is very spacious, has everything you need. Comfortable bed, safe, coffee machine, kettle and mini bar. Unfortunately, there were some problems with the toilet (the flush broke), but it was fixed after the request. Delicious breakfasts, there is a terrace. Responsive staff. I recommend for trips to Belgrade

The location is excellent, the hotel is clean and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. Because I had to get up early to catch the flight, the hotel specially prepared a breakfast box. The hotel has a SPA, but I didn't try it because of the limited stay time. Overall, the hotel is cost-effective.
