The room is very small, totally inconsistent with the size shown on the booking interface. The hotel facilities are very bad. Disposable slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps, etc. are not provided. The mini fridge is full of expensive paid items, and there is no room for the drinks I bought. The service is also very bad. I negotiated with the hotel in advance for a 50 euro airport pick-up. When I arrived at the airport on the day, I found that no one came to pick me up. I contacted the hotel front desk and they lied that there was a traffic jam. Twenty minutes later, I was told that the driver had made a mistake in the time and could not come. The management is very chaotic.

This is the room I am most satisfied with during my ten-day stay in Sai. There is a kettle, and there is a charging plug converter for free at the front desk. The hygiene is good and the facilities are satisfactory. The price is just over 300 yuan.
