The sanitation is good and relatively clean. The room is usually cleaned in the afternoon.
There is a bath + steam room, which needs to be booked in advance. It is very relaxing and recommended.
For tourists who like river views, this place is still good. The windows of the rooms on the first floor have screens. I open the windows during the day. It is very bright and I have never encountered mosquitoes.
The breakfast is European style. The chicken nuggets are fresh and juicy, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Good reviews. Coffee is provided.
Let's talk about the disadvantages: 1. Don't cook dinner, you have to go out to eat. There is a shopping mall 1.3 kilometers to the southeast, and there are shopping malls/Little Chili Peppers/Long Dingsheng/Hot Pot, etc. about 1.5-1.8 kilometers to the southwest. In short, you have to walk.
2. The bathroom is very lacking a small table for temporary placement of shampoo/shower gel/soap when taking a bath, otherwise you have to go in and out to get it back and forth.
3. The sound insulation is not very good, and the footsteps upstairs are very heavy.

Everything was perfect. Room was very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave the hotel. Food was exceptionally good and the prices were lower than I expected. If we were to travel to Belgrade, we would definitely stay at Hyatt. Thank you for everything 🙏

It should be one of the best hotels in the area. The lobby is large and beautiful, with a money exchange machine and a small supermarket. The room facilities are relatively new and clean, and the breakfast is very rich. However, the hotel is a little far from the old town and you need to take a bus, but there is a bus stop at the door of the hotel, which is still very convenient.

first rate service! The room is clean and tidy, but the aesthetics and facilities of the entire hotel can only be described as a three-star hotel. But it may be a four-star presence locally. But what I want to say is that I negotiated with 3 front desk staff, and I think the service level is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel. The three front desk staff are all very professional! polite! Professionally trained personnel!
But I also have to say that Ctrip’s customer service service is also very good, helping me communicate and coordinate on certain matters.

The suite we booked was very large. My friend and I were very comfortable. The area was more suitable for a family. There was a mini kitchenette, but my friend and I didn't use it, so I don't know how it works. The location was also good and convenient to go anywhere. The front desk lady introduced the facilities very carefully. The only thing that was not good was that the water from the shower head was not very good. In short, it was a good start to the trip~

The hotel itself looks quite new and modern (especially next to some older looking buildings). The room is not that big but is comfortable. The air conditioning doesn’t seem that strong but is fine. Also note that the hotel is on the pedestrian street, so taxis cannot stop right in front, so you’ll need to walk a short distance.

The room was very clean and had a unique design. The bed was still as narrow as ever, about 1.2 meters wide. The breakfast was basically cold food and various meats, which was difficult for Chinese stomachs to adapt to. The hotel was in a busy pedestrian street and alley. You had to take the elevator to the second floor to check in. You had to look for it.

В целом всё неплохо. До пешеходной улицы где все гуляют и много кафешек нужно пройти минут 15-20. Тут прям жилой район. В проживание входит сауна и спортзал, но я там не был, оценить не могу. Засорилась раковина, попросил утром на ресепшене исправить, так никто и не пришёл. Воду в бутылках дают только на первый день, но есть чайник и чай с кофе в пакетиках, так что норм. Убирались каждый день.

GGuest UserWhile the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations.
Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries.
However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises.
Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a prime location and has a unique room design. The photos shown in the hotel are far from being as good as the actual scene. If you are a literary youth, you will definitely like it. The room is very clean, the staff has a strong sense of service, and the hotel has its own parking space, so even if we are in the downtown area, it is very convenient for the driver to pick us up. The staff also took the initiative to help us carry our luggage. The breakfast is simple and there are fewer fruits, but it can meet the needs. The only thing is that since the hotel is on the side of the road, it rained heavily on the second night we stayed, and we could hear the sound of cars passing by in the dead of night. In short, Public House Hotel is definitely a treasure hotel with super cost-effectiveness.

The breakfast is very rich. After staying for two days, the variety will be changed.
Dinner is 12 euros per person, buffet, and the price-performance ratio is also very high, but there are no drinks. You can also order food at the coffee bar next to it, and the taste is very good.
The room on the fourth floor has no air conditioning. It was very hot in the first half of the night, and I didn't dare to open the window. The balcony door is very cool when it is opened, but I dare not open it at night.
The ceiling windows on the fourth floor are not blocked, and it is very bright early in the morning.

GGuest UserExcellent location, in the center of the old city. 10 minutes from the main street, 25 minutes from the fortress, and relatively close to the church. I specifically chose a larger premium room. The 2 premium rooms were on the 1st and 7th floors. The room types are different. I looked at them and felt that the premium rooms all faced the street. On the second day, a gentleman at the front desk spoke very good English and gave a detailed introduction to the various attractions. He also agreed to a late check-out. Parking must be parked in the underground parking lot of the park opposite, where there is a machine for payment. Although there are many parking spaces on the ground, there is no payment machine. You need to go to the post office to buy a parking ticket, which is very troublesome. The breakfast is average and also belongs to the standard of Accor.

Across the road from Kalemegdan Park, which holds Belgrade fortress and the zoo (which I didn’t see). It is also a 5 minute walk from the city centre, the Main Street and shopping centre. If I had to improve it I would update the bathroom a little and add USB plugs in the room…that’s it.

GGuest UserThe warm and friendly attitude of dear receptionist Peca, who hosted me in a very sincere manner, explaining in detail the places to visit and the restaurants to eat at, really impressed me, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location is excellent, and I think this is the most important aspect when you're in Belgrade. The time spent in the room is very limited, but of course, the amenities provided by the room are quite good. There is a double-glazing system, so the city noise doesn't come inside. The ceiling is very high, and the room design is very modern. The bathtub in the room enhances the overall appearance, and there is also an additional bathroom. I was very satisfied, and I know where I’ll be staying when I come to Belgrade again. What kind of view awaits you when you step out of the hotel? I've attached a photo (02.09.2024)

It is far from the Belgrade bus terminal, but it is not painful to use the bus No. 31 running nearby (it is hard to hit the morning and evening crowds). Conveniently located near the hotel with a large shopping mall. There is a mini refrigerator. There is a surveillance camera at the entrance and elevator, and there is security.
Disappointing aspect. Wi-Fi is available but unstable. Breakfast gets tired of staying consecutive nights. The breakfast room on the 18th floor has a good view but the glass is dirty and not clear. Overall, the deterioration is conspicuous.

It’s so beautiful, the staff is very friendly and warm, they will assist you with anything you need and welcome you with great enthusiasm! The room is clean and comfortable, well equipped and with a lovely furniture that follows the spirit of the place. Location is amazing, just 20 minutes away from the city center. The garden within the object is lovely and a great place to hang out with your friends and family, get a good cup of coffee or a nice meal with a low price.
