Excellent room condition and staff behaviour. Breakfast spread was sumptuous and tasty. Location is in the middle of busy road with shopping outlets nearby. This gives you opportunity to go out in the evenings to explore local shops and restaurants.

We had 2 nights stay at pai resorts belgaum. Property is easy to access from nh48. Rooms are spacious, washroom was clean. Linen was clean but looked somewhat aged. Bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. Washroom amenities could be improved. Food was quite tasty at the in house restaurant.
