I have experienced a wonderful stay in Gift city club hotel , staffs ,foods,rooms ,ambiance are awesome—there is terrace with plant which you can pure water every morning if you are nature lover as well as me — staffs are well trained , well manner and friendly — miss Rajrani is an wonderful lady to help us and make our stay easy and neat - I recommend this hotel to you for have a wonderful stay 🌺🌺

I had booked three rooms for two nights at the Marriott Belgaum almost three months in advance for a Rotary conference. Two weeks before the check-in date, I received a call from the hotel informing me that my card would be charged for the full amount two days prior to check-in. I confirmed and had no issue with this. However, two days before my scheduled stay, I received another call from the hotel claiming that they could only honor my reservation for one night instead of two. The reason? They falsely claimed there was an issue with my card! This was an outright lie, as there was no issue with my card at any point. When I insisted on speaking to the manager, Mr. Vijay Naidu, I was appalled at the unprofessionalism and dishonesty. He initially tried to stick to the fabricated excuse about my card but finally admitted that the real reason was that the hotel was fully booked for a wedding. They had decided to reduce my stay without even consulting me—all to accommodate their wedding guests. How is this acceptable behavior from a Marriott property? I explained to the manager how nonsensical it was to expect us to check in for one night, then move to another hotel, especially when the conference was booked for three days. His response? A dismissive offer to honor the reservation for two nights with rooms on a higher floor to avoid noise. By this point, I was completely disgusted with the way the situation was handled. The lack of transparency, blatant dishonesty, and disregard for their guests’ plans and convenience are shocking and inexcusable. A hotel of this caliber should know better than to jeopardize long-standing reservations to prioritize wedding parties. I canceled my reservation entirely, as the entire experience left a terrible impression. I will never book at Marriott Belgaum again and strongly recommend that others think twice before doing so. If you value reliability and professionalism, look elsewhere. This kind of behavior is an embarrassment to the Marriott brand.

Amazing Experience 🙂 Spacious n stylish rooms with all modern amenities. Stunning swimming pool. We had been to Cinnamon ( Poolside bar n restaurant ) and very happy with their variety of food n drinks. Would love to mention one of ther staff member from Cinnamon, Mr. Abrar, very efficient and ever smiling will greet n serve you like a pro. Definitely we would love to visit this property again N again.

This used to be a fabulous hotel. The owner is a great old *** of belgavi ! He is now maybe losing touch or most likely being let down by his staff. I have stayed here for many trips and have had been to belgavi while translating to my native place twice in the last month. There have been multiple issues that were faced : 1. The rooms are I’ll equipped as they are large without proper planning, 2. There is no soundproofing you will have the road as a room mate with you 3. The staff argues and has the audacity to tell you that the extra bed cover is only dirty and not the bed, 4. If you god forbid call them for extra bottles of water they will first tell you the price and then will send the bottle after 30 mins , 5. The bathrooms are tiny but they stink when you raise the issue we were informed that it was because the exhaust was on. 6. I had to change 3 rooms to get the Ac working Now the positive: The food is decent though if you want vegetarian please be prepared to wait for your order. The breakfast and the waiting staff was completely superlative, felt like a different hotel. They provide a pillow and blanket for the driver.

I found this location i stayed here for the third time with my family it is a very nice hotel it is on the main road and is available in the basement in front of the hotel the rooms are very clean and hygienic the staff are very polite and help nature. Only disadvantage is that this hotel is not having its own restaurant they will serve food if we order they bring from other restaurants. Very good service. On i request they provided me early checking ie at 10 am 24 hrs hot and cold water available the toiletries are free and of good quality lift is also available for senior citizens like us i am very very thankful to my trip which have given too much discount and hotel management thank you all once see you all early
