The good- great location, high quality bed and furnishings.
The disappointing- bar service in 1st floor awful. Lots of staff but took 30 mins to get 2 glasses of wine-had to chase up to get it. Different levels of wine in the two glasses.
Service at breakfast also not good. Lots of staff but slow and no greetings/ interactions. The hot food was great but local cheese was some Brie and curled up slices of ? cheddar. Fruit salad was 95% apple with the rest watermelon. Home made granola - looked like Alpen.
Room very comfortable but air con didn’t seem to work and layer of scum between bathroom sick and marble top - which came out when sink filled for hubby’s shave.
Have fed back to hotel reception so hopefully will improve.
Overall disappointed in what we had planned as a luxury treat.

It’s a Travelodge so you know what to expect. It’s functional without any frills, but that’s all we needed for a weekend stay. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was clean, but one grumble was the small window which did not open or allow much light into the room. The hotel’s location is superb. Easy reach of, well, everything.
Highly recommend a visit to The Crown and Fibber Magee’s pubs which are just around the corner. Take a visit to the Titanic experience and also St George’s Market.

Friendly staff and very welcoming. Nice sized room with some treats waiting for us, a bar of galaxy and popcorn as well as the usual tea tray. We booked Superior Double room. Bed was comfortable. Noticed other guests mentioned it was chilly in the room, it is a little bit so pack nightwear. The bar prices are an expensive but that is to be expected in a city hotel. Breakfast had a good selection of continental and cooked options. Take out cups available if like us you want to grab a drink to take with you. We had a great stay. Long corridors and can be a bit of a walk to rooms but not an issue for us. Very well located within 10 mins you can be most places in the city and only a few mins walk for Grand Central.

The Europa in my opinion has got quite tired and is in bed of a revamp of the Bedrooms … especially the executive rooms .. also the cleaning of the rooms is hit & miss .. pull out the beds and there is old debris .. no sanitary disposable bags in bathrooms - the complimentary tea/coffee tray is an absolute disgrace and so basic that I don’t know why they bother .. the complimentary water is room temperature and no fridges in rooms .. I have no idea why they have the star rating it has ..the standard is not what would be expected of such a hotel Which I feel is basking in the glow of years gone by .. and the prices are overly inflated… Come on Hastings you can do much better than this??

Welcome to the city that inspired Gulliver's Travels. A stay at Premier Inn Hotel Belfast Alfred Street puts you just a small step away from some big attractions, not to mention all the delights of a twenty-first century shopping centre. And if you're here on business, we'll make sure your stay is a pleasant one. Track down the Titanic story to its source. Or make tracks to some of the biggest names on the high street - don't miss the continental market if you're here over Christmas. There's nightlife that'll make your day, and everything from an interactive science museum to a candy factory. Don't fill up on too many sweets though, there's good food waiting for you at our restaurant, and comfy beds in every room.

My husband and I had some issues with our bookings but it was efficiently handled by Kris, one of the front desk staff. Although the issues faced were not caused by the hotel we were given free breakfast and we really appreciate the kind gesture! Breakfast was simple but nice. The restaurant also provides vegan options. Our room is warm, cosy and has a sofa bed. Hotel is strategically located and you can walk to the malls and many restaurants around the area.

The Ibis hotel in Belfast, like all Ibises, is a transit hotel. Very little interaction with the staff. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The bathroom is small but for this hotel it was rather well optimized. The food is very basic. We did not try the breakfasts.
The Ibis hotel is well positioned for visits, however as it does not have parking, you have to plan for an additional cost if you are by car.
The main thing is that we slept well there.

Lovely staff and a affordable place to stay. Close to the city centre ! A good place to stay if needing a bed to rest. Pool table in hotel lobby, with bar and cold drinks available. Front desk is 24/7 and there is also security, making the place feel safe. Lots of food establishments outside of the hotel, and a Tesco which is a 30 second walk away.

I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Belfast City Centre during my business trip to Belfast. The food was excellent, the location was perfect, and the WiFi was great. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a great environment to relax after a busy day.
The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. When I needed to print my document at midnight, the staff even helped me without any hesitation. They also provided us with a detailed map of places to visit, which was incredibly useful for exploring the city. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Perfect
GGreat AThis is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again.
Thanks so much for your great service!
GGuest UserWe nice ambience when we entered and had hand sanitizer sations available through out the hotel. Greeted by very friendly and courteous staff, thanks Madelina and Rubelha for all you help. Room was very nice and clean. Room service staff was great, thanks Rachel and Michelle. Housekeeping staff was fast and courteous. Food was great, loved the home made Titanic ice cream sundae and their other deserts.
GGuest UserThe apartment is big enough. All things are ok. Free underground parking is provided and it’s very convenient to go to the apartment directly via the lift. The staff are helpful. The pan is scratched and they immediately provided the new one. Tesco superstore is just next to the door, very convenient for shopping food. Very good for family trip when you want to cook for yourself.
JjamesHotel was nice and clean. A little on the expensive side for drinks. Breakfast was average and a expensive for the quality. The hotel restaurant ( la scala) was a whole different level. Food was amazing. Especially the lamb shank. My wife had the chicken which was done to perfection. If you are going for a quiet trip then this hotel might be for you. If you are going as part of a trip to Belfast City then it's very far out from the city. About 20 pounds in each direction.
GGuest UserBeautiful hotel! Clean, elegant and rooms were spacious! The staff were great too - gave our 7 year old a token to select a treat on arrival and colouring pack! The bar area is lovely and live music one night was a super touch. Location near the river and the market which was great, also good for getting to Titanic museum!!
KKitKatBarI had an absolutely wonderful stay, which exceeded all my expectations. I arrived quite late and needed to check in and collect the keys myself, but the process was clearly explained to me in advance and was incredibly straightforward and convenient.
My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped. I particularly appreciated the two mirrors, each with its own lighting – such a practical touch! The location was also great, very convenient for getting around.
The staff were absolutely lovely and added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.
GGuest UserWe stayed here last night for our annual girls trip to belfast, first time staying at this hotel as we normally book right in the city centre. The staff were all lovely and very friendly, the breakfast was beautiful and a great choice to suit all! There was a lovely waiter at breakfast I didn't catch his name but he was so good at his job chatting to the customers and going over and beyond to ensure everyone was happy, he had a southern accent so well done to him as the service and breakfast will certainly bring us Back here again.
HHVery, very nice stay, the room is super big and has everything you need. The self check-in was also uncomplicated and you could get a free beer from the fridge. You didn't notice anything at all from the bar underneath the hotel, so for us it was a 10/10
GGuest UserThe room I stayed in was a business-style suite facing the main road. It was big and comfortable with a nice bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. There is free, covered parking at the back which was useful.
The windows opened which was good as it was dry and hot in the room. I could not get the TV to work other than BBC World although eventually I managed to tweak the box and get it to work. The room furnishing was incredibly dark (wallpaper, curtains and light covers were all in dark material). I had to ask the reception to replace a broken bulb in one of the ceiling lights and the bedsit lights were so dark it was impossible to read by them.
The cleaning of the room was a bit hit or miss and there were cigarette butts permanently stuck out of the external butt holder right by the front door. The housekeeper did pop by and apologise. The staff at reception were helpful and pleasant and when prompted sorted out the necessary issues.
GGuest UserApartment was great, very clean and in a good location. Only problem was that i didn’t realise until I got there was that I had to put down a deposit. I think that this should have been part of the details when I booked. I was informed that it would only be put down as a pending amount but I was charged. Other than that I enjoyed the dream apartments and will stay again
