Had the best stay in the Balmoral, everything was perfect, everyone made us feel so welcoming especially Christine I will definitely be back to stay, breakfast was beautiful and had so much choices for food options Was able to get late check out which was good

Went to the Balmoral today to work away from the office. Treated myself to breakfast beforehand. The most delicious scrambled eggs with a great cup of coffee. I then set up in their lobby bar. Free WiFi was available and it was the perfect environment to get some work done. The staff were the highlight of the visit. So attentive to what I needed and a bit of craic. Thanks to Mary and Margaret at breakfast and to Morgan who provided myself with the nicest Latte and scones with lashings of cream and jam. Thanks Balmoral will be working from here again.

I went to support Donna with my beautiful wife, Alex, while the kids were at home with the Grandparents. We had the time of our lives, and my wife, the professional burlesque performer, said the performers were so talented and entertaining on the night in Question!, that she would be happy for the rest of our married lives together. A great place. The service is exceptional with a huge shout out to Fiona at reception. Extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The room was clean and had plenty of space. All the staff were brilliant with a fantastic level of customer service.

Amazing service by front of house Fiona 😊 she went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I had a gorgeous room and the most dreamy bed! I was travelling for work so it was much appreciated. I will definitely return when in Belfast next

Hotel was very good , food excellent all staff were very helpful. Fiona on reception was very helpful and couldn’t have fond enough to ensure our stay was perfect . Hotel was clean and all public areas were very nice . Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds .

Just wanted to say what brilliant service we received in the Balmoral Hotel in the Lady Anne Lounge with family, great food, quick service and excellent staff like our server Donna and the Manager Grace ensuring all of our needs were met, 10 out of 10 Recommended for family at any time of day!

We went for dinner today in the Lady Anne Grill our server Donna and Manageress Grace were both friendly, knowledgable, efficient, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them! Highly recommend a visit food was excellent and restaurant was clean with plenty of efficient staff. Looking forward to our next visit!!
