Stayed Friday and Saturday night my room was on the opposite side of the hotel to the friends I can with even though both rooms were booked by the same person , my room was I think in the older part as my lift went up to floor 3 while my friends went to floor 7 , so for me I had to get a lift down and then get another lift to floor 7 for the loft bar Plus my room was over the bar and thumping music till nearly 1am on Friday was disgraceful and I had a family wedding on Saturday reason for being in Belfast and got very little sleep Did not say anything as I was getting back late Saturday so bar with music would be finished And yes it was but the building opposite fire alarm was going off all night And windows were not modern enough to drown this out Also room very dated swing doors to bathroom Bath with shower and swing glass panel Kettle with a 3 inch cord that does not reach the plug socket Carpet needs changing I really think if you are charging over 200£ a night you need to up your game Staff were lovely and courteous so a plus Also £5 for an Americano in the loft bar that’s €5.75 for a black coffee I work in hospitality and that’s the most expensive black coffee I have ever witnessed in my line of work Kevin

Comfy bed and good location. Breakfast was limited on choice, but tasty and good service. But we couldn't see out of the room. The patio style doors were frosted. By the time we left I was getting proper cabin fever. I don't need any type of view, I just need to see something. There should be a warning if you are booking a room like that. The reason it was frosted was because it looked over at least 10 extractor fans. Shame it couldn't block out the noise of them squeaking and whining all night long. Which also made being able to the doors pointless, as it made it worse. When we checked out, no one even asked if we had a nice stay. The comfy bed was pointless as we hardly got any sleep.

Absolutely loved this hotel so much so we are returning next year The staff are amazing and very polite and helpful Would like to give a big shout out to Alison on the reception and James in the dining hall both were very friendly and I’m sure they will remember us ( ROOM SERVICE AND FORGOT ROOM NUMBER ) see you in 2026 thank you for a wonderful stay
