The hotel is very nice, right next to the Titanic Museum, and the view at the door is great! Very good, there is a restaurant downstairs, and there is also a supermarket on the shore, which is very convenient for shopping

Very impolite, no greetings from staffs, even when I said morning staff did not reply. Also, very unfriendly and no smile at all, and I often here them gossiping about guests. Also signage says to contact front desk to change bed sheets however was informed that I will need to wait 5 days. Restuarant was closed down.

Location is good. The room was spacious. Would prefer a harder bed. There’s a mall beside the hotel hence there are some food options.

Booked for its convenience of being near the Titanic Experience and between the airport and the city. Yes, good for location but that's pretty much it. Transport: you may as well stay in the city as any convenient transport is a ten minute walk back to the centre anyway. Car parking ridiculously expensive. Food: expensive in the limited restaurants nearby so better in the city. Rooms: ok except for the noise. If it wasn't the screaming, shouting and motorbikes revving into the late evening, it was the heavy traffic, including delivery lorries reversing, from about 3.30am onwards. I don't think I've had such a shocking sleep in a Premier Inn. Double glazing may as well not be there and we were on a high floor. Basically, book somewhere else.

We had a good stay at the titanic quarter PI, We arrived quite late due to ferry arrival time, there was no one on at the desk, so had to get someone from the bar, appreciate people have other roles and can’t be at the desk all the time. Same thing happened when we wanted to pick up luggage the next day no one at reception. But it was not a big problem to ask someone over. Definitely doesn’t detract from the stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the lady on the sat morning who was in charge of breakfast was so lovely and friendly. Hair dryer in the room didn’t work too well. Rooms were clean and really comfortable and quiet. Liked the key access to a small section of rooms. This is for all PI I have stayed in not unique to this one but I feel the second bed which is made up for children are not comfortable. Kids usually don’t mind but our 10 YO is starting to realise this is the make shift bed and its always uncomfortable and squeaky. Let’s do better for children who need a comfortable place to sleep not a make shift bed if that’s possible.

This was our 2nd stay at the Titanic qtr premier inn for 5 nights to attend The Holiday Show that was on at the ICC centre. On arrival Chris on reception checked us in & had allocated a lovely room overlooking the marina. It is an ideal location for visiting The Titanic Museum & our walk to the ICC was approx 20 mins along the riverside which was a lovely morning walk.We ate in the restaurant each night & every meal was fabulous ,Breakfast was lovely & a very good choice. Our room was perfect & everywhere kept clean. The staff were very accommodating, friendly & went above & beyond. We did have a slight problem but Graham sorted that immediately for us.A big thank you to all & hopefully we will see you next year.
