Friendly staff and very welcoming. Nice sized room with some treats waiting for us, a bar of galaxy and popcorn as well as the usual tea tray. We booked Superior Double room. Bed was comfortable. Noticed other guests mentioned it was chilly in the room, it is a little bit so pack nightwear. The bar prices are an expensive but that is to be expected in a city hotel. Breakfast had a good selection of continental and cooked options. Take out cups available if like us you want to grab a drink to take with you. We had a great stay. Long corridors and can be a bit of a walk to rooms but not an issue for us. Very well located within 10 mins you can be most places in the city and only a few mins walk for Grand Central.

Paid €25 per day parking for car. Booking was parking in public place. Otherwise would have chosen another hotel. Were enough where parking is free. Also a pity that the website does not clearly state it.
