The room was spacious and the front desk service was good. I stayed there for two nights and had a smooth trip to the Giant' Causeway & Titanic Belfast. The only drawback was that the shower room was not sealed enough and water leaked out.

The hotel has no swimming pool or fitness room. There is no coffee machine or small refrigerator in the room. I don't understand why it can be a five-star hotel. I was assigned next to the elevator. In addition to the noise from the elevator, there was also strong music from the rooftop bar on the 23rd floor. My room was on the 21st floor. It's not a new building but the sound insulation is very poor.
