Hotel espectacular con mucha historia no solo del titanic. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones comodas (incluso las mas sencillas). Ideal si vas a visitar el museo del titanic (esta enfrente).

The hotel was transformed from a former shipyard, and its layout is very artistic. It is new and comfortable. The rooms are simpler, a fusion of classic and modern. This hotel is like the Titanic, and the iceberg in front is a memorial hall.

The hotel is right next to the museum. The scenery is very good. It is very comfortable to walk around the museum. There is a bit of noise from the road at night. The hotel restaurant is average. It is better to take an Uber to eat in the city!

It is beautifully renovated building, staff very kind, location next to Titanic experience perfext. However half of the rooms are next to a noisy and big street. Windows are not isolated so by far too much noise.

We had lunch today in “Drawing Room 2” and experienced very poor service. We waited over 40 mins for our main courses after we had our Starters. We had to repeatedly enquire about the whereabouts of our main courses from 4 different waiting staff and eventually were told the kitchen had not received our order. We then had to wait a long time for tap water, having asked more than once for it. Eventually one member of staff delivered an extra Starter as an apology, when delivering our main courses. The restaurant manager asked us later how our meal had been and we commented on the very long waiting time; she offered us free coffee and desserts but we were limited by time as we had another scheduled appointment, but I did ask for a 10% discount, which I received. The staff need thorough training in being attentive and efficient in delivering orders.

From the moment we walked into the Titanic Hotel Belfast, we knew we were somewhere special—but it was John, our maître d’ and waiter, who turned an already stunning setting into a truly unforgettable experience. We visited after spending the morning at the Titanic Museum, and capped it off with a meal in the Drawing Office, the very room where the Titanic was designed. The ambiance is unmatched—soaked in history, bathed in sunlight, with panoramic views of the Titanic Quarter, including the museum itself and a striking, large-scale model of the ship just by the window. The architecture and restoration work are simply awe-inspiring. This is a space that doesn’t just preserve history—it brings it to life. The kids’ menu was incredible—thoughtful, creative, and beautifully presented. It’s rare to find a place where children are treated as honored guests, and John went above and beyond. The way he engaged with the kids and made each guest feel welcome was heartwarming and deeply appreciated. Service, setting, and atmosphere: all top tier. Honestly, it was the highlight of our dining experiences in Northern Ireland. A magical end to a Titanic day. We’ll be talking about this one for a long time. Thank you, John, and thank you to the whole team for such a memorable visit.

This was a very disappointing visit. Everything was bad. Customer service very poor had to ask to be served despite lots of bar staff around. Toilets not cleaned. Overall a bad experience and would not recommend this place to any local or tourist. Customer service training needs to be implemented for staff as the staff were not only inexperienced but not friendly.

The room was nice enough and one of the few hotels during our trip that had air conditioning. We only stayed 1 night. The reception staff was pleasant and helpful during check in and check out. We had terrible service in the bar, Drawing Office Two'. None of the bartenders would make eye contact and it took a long time to get our orders in. Not sure what was up with the staff that night but it was less than stellar service.
