Super pleasant place, we like it quite, clean and comfortable room

I loved the hotel, good location, and what I didn't think it was legal is that when I called to make the reservation they said I had only a single bed room for couples. When we went into the hotel room, the door was not opened and we were allocated to another room, the last was a couple bed. The rest is all great, the coffee of tomorrow with a variety of things, all works perfectly.

Second time I go to Atrium and really is excellent, quality service and very beautiful and quiet place, the night place is sensational! The only thing that doesn't worth the price is food, which was the time I wanted to give a second chance for a restaurant (we were disappointed for the first time) but the fish was out of the point again. Moreover, it seems that green smell is considered as vegetables and not as temperament ... The smell was well made, but, full of green smell, changed the taste of food. But it was all right!

Quarto arrumado e bem limpo. Tinha a nossa disposição talher, copo e prato, o que apesar de ser básico, muitos hotéis não fornecem. Atendimento bom e rápido. Possui restaurante o que pra mim é uma facilidade e comodidade. Excelente localização para minha necessidade.

This was our first time in an Andrade hotel. We were there only for two nights, arriving early, leaving with a late-checkout. For the location, I would say the the hotel is not on walking distance of most of the tourist attractions. I can be mistaken, but the only site of interest nearby is the botanical garden Bosquear Rodrgues Alves. As for the clealiness, the room was clean, however the bathroom was not, although they cleaned twice during our short stay. The tap and the sink were still dirty. We enjoyed the breakfast. There are enough items available to put together a healthy breakfast. If their availability allows it, the hotel offers the possibility of a late checkout at 16u pm instead of 12u for 100 reais. The room has no close to bed, only one in the room and was hidden, the other in the bathroom, the WI-FI is bad in the 11th floor, hot water did not work frequently, the reception staff are not so nice, They did not even give a good day.

The hotel is very good, perfect location, a large and well-organised room. I stayed for two days, I stayed hosted to take a course. When I arrived at the hotel I could always study a little more, because the table and the chair that the room has are excellent, and I liked the minibar that the room has. One point of attention was the air conditioner that seemed old because it was making a lot of noise.

I found the hotel with a good cost benefit, but I had a problem with the use of the safe, where it was not working, so I believe that before you give your room to the guest, everything must be checked. And they should be more capriching in cleaning.
