Everything was top notch at this beautiful hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the doormen to the maids were super friendly. I had a very outstanding concierge, Yohanes Gema, who helped me with so many things. Beautiful hotel, food was delicious with a huge breakfasf buffett. I definitely would return to this hotel again. Very clean rooms and excellent wifi.

Staying in Business Suite Room for 2 nights. The room is spacious, but it is located in an east building, so the interior looks outdated. And when I first entered the room, I was surprised by the strong smell of cigarettes. I immediately called the receptionist and soon someone came to treat it with an ozone machine. Thanks for the response, although not 100% the smell is gone. But, overall me and my family were happy with the facilities and breakfast service. I could say the breakfast is a five-star breakfast. I will put Horison Ultima Bekasi on my list for my next visit if I have to visit Bekasi for more than two days.

I like this hotel because near the Summarecon Mall. I can get everything, shopping and dining under one roof. Eventhough the hotel is slightly old, needs some touch-up, the curtain is badly soiled, water puddle in the shower area after showers but the house keeping staff tried their best to keep the room clean & tidy. Bathroom amenities is reduced to what we need only and the hotel use refills-able glass bottles instead plastic one for the complimentary drinking water.
