設施：停車場比較難找，不過會有人提前聯繫，錄入車牌，地暖加空調，但是樓間距比較近，沒啥風景。 衞生：衞生一般，房間等半天，衞生感覺就是換了下床單，收了下垃圾，沒有啥標準 環境：環境挺好，動物園，咖啡館都很出片， 服務：服務挺好的，管家小馬提前一天聯繫，還給了小朋友新年禮物，微信上發了第二天早餐位置及時間，行李比較多，積極幫忙拿，總體來説還算住的挺開心。

房間舒服，乾淨衞生，屋內設施很高級。小陳管家服務非常好，很讚的一次行程

總體體驗不錯，尤其是管家小馬服務很周到，一家去滑雪給提供了很多便利和好的建議！前台小姐姐很nice，笑容服務，並且給孩子送了新年小禮物，孩子們很開心…

再次感謝我的管家馬愛民，每次我來都點名要他作為我的管家，真的是我見過最專業，最有耐心的管家了。小鎮也非常美，就是房間衞生確實差點意思，不過整體體驗還是算不錯的。

房間還不錯，稍微有些侷促，最關鍵寵物友好，我可以帶上我心愛的白胖子，這點特別棒，早上還能在小鎮上讓白胖兒跑會兒，撒撒歡兒。服務人員馬愛民同志是個好同志，服務周到，很貼心。
