It was a terrible stay. First of all, the toilet didn't flush properly. I had a bowel movement once and it took me half an hour to flush. The toilet seat was completely off. There were moldy spots everywhere. The shower was leaking all the time. The floor was cracked in several pieces. It was dirty everywhere. I don't know what the marks were on the bed sheets. It's so dirty in the capital of Beijing... You said you had to book a hotel for yourself in a hotel in a small alley. I really don't know where you got the nerve to do it. I complained to Ctrip for two irresponsible points. The hotel's standards actually misled consumers into thinking it was a hotel. In addition, the pictures were very different from the actual situation. If the rating is too low, it is recommended to cancel the hotel's eligibility to appear on Ctrip. It's disgusting.

I recently stayed at the Shindom Inn Chongwenmen. The hotel is located in a hutong residence alley, very near the Chongwen Men subway station (exit D). You can also stop at the Dongdan subway station (exit D). The hotel was OK for me and my travel partner because we only used it for sleeping and showering. We didn't really care about the amenities. A nearby grocery shop was convenient for buying snacks and fruit. The hotel didn't provide water bottles and wouldn't clean our room unless we told them to. Overall, it's a great hotel to experience hutong living, especially for budget travelers.

距離天安門廣場比較近，騎個共享單車就過去了，頤和園遠一些。附近地鐵口也不遠。衹是設施舊一些，環境不是特別好
