房間真的很棒，老闆給我們升級的房型，他們家兩套院子，給我們升級到那個恆温泳池的大院子，很暖和，泳池超大，一進大廳滿滿的年味兒，老闆很熱情，管家隨叫隨到，主要裝修的風格太喜歡了很乾凈，酒店的感覺。真的物超所值。下次還會帶朋友過來。

Arrived at the hotel at around 1am. The receptionist kept urging us to transfer the deposit. His attitude was very uncomfortable. We had booked breakfast at 9:30am. But we didn't see any breakfast at the place we had agreed on yesterday.
Hygiene: Very poor. The details are very dirty. The water from the pool is muddy. The water flow is very small. The air conditioner is not warm and blows cold air.
Service: At noon, the cleaning lady opened the door directly. One of our two rooms said she would be there soon, but she just stood at the door and stared at us. The experience was really terrible.

這家店真的太棒了，我們給寶貝過生日，選了好多家最終定的他們家，老闆娘全程對接服務細節，從佈置場地，到吃飯包括周邊又玩兒攻略都幫我們規劃的非常棒，我很省心，這個季節太適合孩子們了，室內的恆温大泳池，地暖全開，非常舒適，唱歌，桌球，小童娛樂也都非常齊全，總之不用出門在民宿就可以玩的地很開心。強烈推薦。

這場讀書會舉辦的太成功了。選了好幾家民宿最終定的這家，聽説是懷柔民宿天花板，來了真的沒有失望，首先他們的服務太省心了，從場地佈置，到下午茶，再到用餐，所有環節沒有讓我們操心的，老闆很給力，再説環境確實很棒，也很乾凈，設施很齊全恆温泳池非常舒適，桌球，乒乓球，小童娛樂室，ktv,全都有，並且很出片真心覺得不錯。

位置不錯，枕頭和被罩很乾凈，房間很香，隔音效果很好，很安靜沒有噪音衞生真的是我住過的民宿裏面最好的。房間設施床品很舒服，特別是床品和衞生間！民宿的房東很熱情、有愛心，有什麼問題都會及時幫客人處理，還會做當地的特色美食招待客人，民宿裏面的餐也很不錯，整個入住過程愉快且放心，當天下雨下了車就有房東親自接待並一路帶領我們走進房間，而且民宿有陽光頂下雨一點兒也沒有影響我們，房東也是有問必答，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，安利！！

這家民宿我已經第二次來了，一如既往的好，首先環境衞生沒的説，其次配套齊全，開會，用餐，娛樂，全都不用操心，老闆安排的明明白白。而且我們趕上了大雨，幸好選擇了這家民宿，完全不受影響，陽光頂，太給力了。布草也非常舒適，哪兒裏都透露着高大尚的感覺。還會再光顧，真的很不錯的地方，真的非常推薦！

預訂日下午4:40左右到達民宿，老闆不在，員工也根本不知道有預訂，還是跟老闆通過微信語音確定的，攜程上有房間升級和入住歡迎水果我也用了，老闆電話裏説升級房型要補差價，歡迎水果也是沒有的，我預訂的房間跟前台check in還需要步行幾分鐘能到。
一個普通民宿681一晚沒有服務好歹把衞生做好，私湯是有一層灰的，肯定是不能泡的。洗手間上一次客人用過的洗漱用品連換都沒換敞着蓋子放在洗漱架上面，還好自己帶了洗漱用品，可是心裏依然十分膈應。
很少寫這麼長的評論，但確實給我的體驗很不好！
