Dongxiangting Hotel (New China International Exhibition Center Capital Airport Branch Beijing)

整體都還好，但是不提供叫醒服務，入住時候提前説明也沒用，還讓留號碼，多此一舉，衹會讓旅客自己提前下來，倒是會安排接送機

I've already given this hotel one star for their service. This is the first time I've encountered airport pickup like this, and it's infuriating. It's the only hotel in the country that operates like this... Not only is the service terrible, but the room was also buzzing with flies and mosquitoes all night long. First, before checking in that evening, the front desk agent didn't inform me of the pick-up time or give me my phone number. That would be fine, but the next morning, when I woke up, they didn't call me. There was no one at the front desk either. I was supposed to arrive at the airport at 9:00, but I arrived at 9:05, and the hotel said they didn't have a car. They refused to acknowledge their fault and told me to complain on Ctrip; they wouldn't care. No one in the service industry would talk to a guest like that! Yes, I was five minutes late. Shouldn't the hotel have informed guests of the departure time before check-in and given a phone number? Shouldn't they have called guests the next day to ask if they wanted to take the car? If the hotel had done all of this, the guests wouldn't have blamed them. Imagine if some guests overslept, and the hotel was so irresponsible, they would definitely miss their flight. Can the hotel handle this responsibility?
