Perfect stay experience, from Jerried at the front desk to the service staff at the spa to the room cleaning staff to the doorman, they all responded promptly, provided good service, and were warm and thoughtful. The Waldorf Hutong Hotel where I stayed is a perfect combination of high-end enjoyment and characteristic ancient architecture. I have always liked the Waldorf's guest rooms designed with the classical characteristics of the city. The winter fireside tea and spa massage are very unique. At the end, the hotel's red velvet cake was given to my son and he loved it. It really put a perfect end to the trip to Beijing.

The weather in Beijing was very good when I came. The room in the hutong was very comfortable. The sunlight would shine softly into the courtyard. The room was decorated very warmly. The private butler Murphy was very considerate. He would consult about pillow habits in advance and make proper arrangements. Any questions would be answered and solved in a timely manner. 環境還是很不錯，尤其服務特別好，就是冬天的話因為房間太大，可能會有點冷，但是被子應該是羽絨的，保暖還是很夠的，冬天住的話建議多弄幾個暖風機
