This is a scam to the guests❌ The problem with staying is 1) On the night of the 12th, I got a clean room, everything was complete, but the smell of cigarettes was stuck in the room and on the towels a lot ❌ 2) Stayed on the 17th, got food coupons, gave a pass to open the room, took a picture with the officer's phone, and entered the room. The result was that the room was clean, everything was almost okay. When I went to the bathroom to poop, I couldn't flush the toilet, so I informed them to change the room... The officer changed it for me. 3) On the 18th, I came back from traveling. I took the key card to tap room 3041 but couldn't get in. I had to press the elevator button and inform the counter again. Then I was able to get into the room. 4) On the 19th, after returning from traveling to Mu Tian Yu, I arrived at the room at around 9 pm. The officer came to ask for my pass again. We went downstairs with the officer. The officer took a photo of my pass and went up to room 3041 as usual. 5) After a while, at around 10 pm, the officer knocked on the door with the security guard. Oh, what's going on? In short, the officer couldn't tell the difference between the number zero and the letter O in English. I want to tell everyone to look at this.
