Beijing Nanluoguxiang Manxin Mansion offers an acceptable level of service for its price category. The hotel is compact, without frills, but with noticeable drawbacks: the rooms do not have safes and special shoe shovels. The breakfast buffet, despite the declared variety (Chinese and vegetarian cuisine), disappointed even a fan of Asian cuisine - there are no European options at all, and the quality of the dishes leaves much to be desired.
The staff demonstrated diligence, but the level of service cannot be called thoughtful. Despite fulfilling the request for a specific type of bed, the allocated room on the first floor turned out to be uncomfortable due to the panoramic windows overlooking the lobby area. The lack of curtains completely deprived of privacy - everyone entering the hotel could see what was happening in the room.
Overall, the hotel is suitable for a short stay, but I do not recommend choosing it again. The main advantages are a good location in the historical area of Nanluoguxiang and a relatively low cost of living

酒店位置靠近南鑼鼓巷，但是在胡同裏面有些司機不願意駛進來，而且不靠近地鐵站。如果是家庭住客的話，有些不方便。

5 Stars – Exceptional Service and Hospitality!
I had an amazing 4-day stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Xiao Xiao (肖肖), who went above and beyond to assist me. She helped me order some necessities online and supported me with my travel plans, making my stay smooth and stress-free. I’m truly grateful for her care and the excellent teamwork displayed by the entire hotel staff. Highly recommended and will definitely return!

因為之前住過前門大街的漫心覺得非常好 所以這次來北京還是選擇了漫心 換了個地段住一下 但整體體驗下來至少在人性化服務這點上和前門那家完全不一樣 因為急着要出門拜託了前台幫忙把洗的衣服拿一下 但晚上回酒店發現衣服還是在洗衣房裡…… 不過最後一天要走的時候碰到的前台小哥到是比較熱情的 幫忙拎箱子還有拿水什麼的
