王府井華爾道夫在印象裏應該是高端品牌，但是這次入住卻沒有讓我感覺到有任何驚喜。首先要説一下好的部分：總體來説禮賓部的服務意識很強，不管是禮儀還是職業素養。每次出入都有服務，包括電梯口也有服務，會幫忙找外賣。隨口問一句三樓中餐廳的營業時間，小哥也能答得出來。
入住時候前台的服務態度尚可，想推薦升級房型。我定的房型還沒打掃出來推薦升級高2層的房間，問題是也沒有打掃出來，也要等。那我説沒有必要了就等等吧，看我很累小哥説付費升級的話可以給我一個空房間先休息。本來不提我也就罷了他這樣提我説攜程上有升級房間的權益我不要，能否先給我個房間坐一下我不用床和衞生間，得到的答案是NO。其實他不答應也沒有什麼本身就沒有這樣的操作，但是付費升級後就有這個待遇，不消費就沒有，怎麼講。讓人覺得很膈應。
房間設施尚可，床太軟，對於腰椎不好的朋友不友好。睡到第二天有點難受了。
再説本次入住最讓我無語的事情就是第二天燒水後一喝水是酸的，打電話去反映情況，請給個解釋畢竟想知道喝下去到底什麼東西。經理説去了解一下情況後很久幾個小時沒有接到迴應，再打電話去後才來人。態度並沒有非常誠懇，衹是非常輕鬆的説這是洗水壺留下來的檸檬酸，對身體沒有害處的。卻反覆問我有什麼需要的，可以安排。我需要的是誠懇的態度和從上至下對員工嚴格管理的要求。對於客户的需求本末倒置
退房的時候，私人禮賓Willow 一直很誠懇的問我有沒有什麼不好，不愉快。我看出來她的真誠但是可能這些問題需要她的上級來重視起來，她看出我對於這次行程的不滿意，專門去了解了情況，對我進行了誠摯的道歉，在這裏謝謝這位員工。我還是在這裏把我的經歷以及以及意見寫出來因為我認為僅僅反映給一位新人員工可能沒有辦法引起重視。衹有寫出來她的領導才能重視起來。特別是解釋水壺問題的那位經理。反而你們底層的禮賓、新人小妹妹做得更努力，更用心。

這次入住體驗超預期！前台的小姐姐笑容超甜，辦理入住非常迅速，禮賓的小哥哥Jayden也很給力，最讓我驚喜的是酒店還有管家服務，可以説這次的入住全靠管家！出發前管家Willow主動跟我們電話聯繫，確認了此次的行程，詢問了我們的喜好，提前為我們準備好房間和備品，入住期間管家Danika一直在線跟進我們的需求，從細節到突發需求，所有人都配合得無縫銜接，不用多言就把一切安排得熨帖，這種“比我們更懂自己”的周到，真的太讓人驚喜了！
