Very nice and friendly staff. Misunderstandings and questions that arose were quickly resolved.
The room, although small, is very cozy. The window overlooks the wall, but it is quiet.
Breakfasts are delicious and fresh, there are many different cafes and a store near the hotel. You can order delivery with a robot to your room.
During the stay, the automatic storage room did not work, but luggage could still be left (free of charge and, in fact, after check-out).
