優點：
1.其實住這裏環境跟位置肯定是很好的，房間也很乾凈，大小也合適，去環球玩真的很方便，中午還能回去休息一下再戰
2.提前1小時入園權益（非門票）:這個很好用，起碼不用優速通都能多刷兩個項目
3.生日拿了勛章挺有意思的
説説缺點：
1.所有重要事情的時間節點 注意事項都沒有主動告知，得我們一個個問，甚至踩坑了才知道，所以不清楚的要主動問清楚
2.不太明白為什麼城市大道為什麼不能拿行李箱出入？而且提前沒有任何告知的情況下，因為我們到了酒店已經挺晚了，帶着孩子想去城市大道吃飯，下到樓下，身份證也驗完了，安檢的時候才説不能帶行李箱？我們行李箱是帶著兒童車架，方便帶一些小童用品和推着孩子走，為啥不讓進？而且這麼多商店，買東西可以放啊，這很不人性化
3.設施跟餐食在哪裡吃，幾點吃，什麼都要我們自己問，check in的時候沒主動告知

房間乾淨整潔，設施較新，裝飾裝潢很有特色，特別是能享受提前入園服務，增加遊玩時間且無需排隊，這點特別棒，小朋友玩的不亦樂乎

即使我入住酒店 酒店行李也是需要自己去行李寄存處領取，大門到前台在到行李寄存處再到房間 指示牌 路標要加強，既然是大型是主題樂園 在人性化的服務還是要加強
