房間衞生、温泉衞生都有問題，一家三口去完温泉倆大人回來得了腳氣，小朋友眼睛細菌感染，房間角落還有上個客人留的礦泉水瓶蓋……大大小小酒店住了無數家，這家真是絕了

去了很多次，但這次我要給差評，這次是開了兩間房，小童泳池一直開着窗户，去了兩天，巨冷，第一天讓工作人員關，第二天凍的我們也找不着人，自己把窗户關上了，我理解淡季比較冷清，但就算衹有一位客人，也應該把服務做到位吧，5月24日下午五點多，孩子太累了，就想着去西餐廳吃自助，以為五點鐘開餐，我們五點多一點到的，結果告知五點半開餐，就説進去在一個角落坐一下等一會兒，結果我讓家人先進去休息，我付款的同時，女領班就出來了，跟招待我的服務生嚷嚷，很大聲，説在開會，怎麼可以讓客人進去，嚷嚷半天，而且還一直瞪我！其實不就是給我聽呢嗎！首先我們想進去休息等待開餐是提前問過，經同意才進去的，而且我們是付款了的，沒有佔你一分錢的便宜！你就這樣轟客人合適嗎？有話你不會好好説嗎？你好好説我也會理解你的，我不知道誰給你的權利這樣當著客人大喊大叫，聲音在外面的電梯位置都能聽到，要不是當著孩子，我當時肯定會跟她理論一下，問問她會不會説人話！太噁心了！再也不去了

五月份實在是太適合帶娃郊遊了，很開心選擇的八達嶺皇冠假日酒店開啟京郊遊。帶着1歲多的小寶和4歲的大寶，長者孩子全家一起入住，前台經理Justin熱情接待，對小朋友悉心照顧，酒店房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，地下停車位充足方便，延慶這個季節不冷不熱陽光明媚，一切都是剛剛好。

一家四口去玉渡山露營，順便帶孩子泡温泉。前年冬天來住過一次，感覺非常不錯。入住的時候和前台額外要了一份早餐，本以為另外一個孩子身高不夠120，結果餐廳的小姐姐很認真負責，嚴格的為孩子量了身高，發現超標。補了63元的早餐費。最鬱悶的是當時訂的酒店套餐，裏面帶温泉的有兩個套餐，一個是799，雙人温泉。一個是899，兩大一小温泉。因為我知道他們温泉小孩130一下免費，130以上100元。所以我想當然的認為那個899的套餐，是包含了一個130以上小孩的温泉。結果到了温泉才發現，人家那個兩大一小温泉，那一小，居然是130一下的孩子？！我就很奇怪，既然130身高一下免費，那799的兩份温泉，和899套餐的兩大一小温泉，究竟有啥區別？雖然後來在前台和他們爭論了半小時，大堂經理幫忙給温泉通融了一下，問題圓滿解決，但是心裏還是很不舒服。尤其是我定套餐的時候，明明那會兒有那個899的套餐，後來在前台再去找，發現已經沒有了，衹有那個799的套餐。他們這個套餐，週末去消費，還需要加100元，所以看我這個訂單裏，衹顯示消費了899，他們就説多的這100元，是週末加的那個100元。後來還是我翻信用卡賬單，找到我消費的899個100的兩個賬單他們才承認，廢了老勁了。
