我們是第四次入住clubmed兩千，因為這裏的環境非常好。總是我們帶孩子遊玩的首選地方。
我們是11號下午辦理入住的，前台小袁先生特別熱情，耐心細緻的給我們講解度假村裡麪的就餐地點，每天幾點是孩子的遊玩時間，到點還會提醒我們，給孩子送了個小禮物，還給我們辦理了延遲退房好讓孩子多玩一會，對他的細緻入微和周到的服務特別感謝。

這次又來延慶Clubmed，體驗還是一如既往的棒！一踏入度假村，宜人的自然環境就讓人心曠神怡，遠離城市喧
器，盡享寧靜。
餐廳的自助餐種類豐富，各地美食匯聚一堂，從精緻的中式菜餚到地道的西式餐點，每一口都能滿足味蕾，食材新鮮，烹飪入味，讓人食慾大增。
遊樂項目更是豐富多彩，不管是刺激的冒險活動，還是悠閑的親子游戲，都能讓不同年齡段的人找到樂趣，玩得不亦樂乎。
最讓我驚喜的是管家Fora曹，她真的太貼心了！從辦理入住時的熱情引導，到遊玩過程中的細心推薦，再到用餐時的周到關懷，每一個細節都考慮得無微不至。有一次我對某個遊樂項目有些疑問，她不僅耐心解答，還親自陪同我前往，幫我安排好一切。因為有她，這次旅行更加温暖和安心。強烈推薦大家來這裏，享受一段美好的度假時光！

房間設計可可愛愛，孩子很喜歡，大床很舒服，上下床希望墊子可以厚一點，還有準備的小零食給孩子，很貼心，温泉水乾淨，稍有遺憾就是沒有孩子玩的東西，例如小的水滑梯，小噴泉。飲食上有麪館，味道還不錯。還有一對一的服務人員，名字叫Luna，周到熱情，隨時解決問題，非常感謝。

以前就預訂過其他地方的Club Med酒店，所以這次很快就決定了酒店，事實證明我們的選擇沒有錯，服務令人印象深刻。管家Flora提前加了微信，發了小程序，介紹了度假村的活動，始終面帶微笑，非常温暖，玩樂中G.O服務也還可以，雖然稱不上很熱情，但是很負責任。酒店組織的晚間活動精彩紛呈，既有趣味性也有挑戰性，給入住體驗增添了無限樂趣。酒店湯池很大，由於入住散客不多，不會很擁擠，30多度水温也比較合適。房間寬敞明亮，設施完備，入住感受十分舒適。總體而言，Club Med酒店是一次令人難忘的住宿體驗，北京親子酒店TOP10實至名歸。
