此次入住遇到如下問題：。 1. 新風系統故障
入住後發現新風系統無法工作，房間悶熱，空調也無法提供冷風。經溝通，酒店安排我升級到開窗房型，問題才得以緩解。
2. 續訂遭遇不合理要求
因行程變更，我需續訂一晚，但酒店卻告知衹能預訂高價房型才能解決通風問題。前兩晚能協調解決，續訂時卻被迫接受更高消費，這完全不合理，也違背了消費者權益。
3. 無奈退訂，體驗極差
為避免進一步糾紛，我選擇退訂最後一晚住宿。此次經歷讓我對酒店的服務質量嚴重質疑。酒店應確保基本設施正常運行，為客人提供舒適環境，但我的問題始終未得到妥善解決。
