I have never stayed in such a cold hotel. The air conditioner basically didn't work. I originally booked a business twin room, but when I checked in, I was given a chess and card room. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. As a pregnant woman for more than 6 months, I really couldn't stand this smell. I couldn't imagine what harm sleeping in a room with such a strong smell of smoke would cause to the baby in my belly, so I talked to the front desk. The customer service at the front desk was really good. They upgraded me to a suite, but it was cold, too cold. The room temperature was only 10 degrees. After turning on the air conditioner for two hours, the temperature was only 12 degrees. I had no choice but to ask the front desk for another quilt and slept for the night. The hot water was not hot, but warm. When I turned it on, it turned yellow. After it was left for a long time, the color just became lighter. I didn't dare to use tap water to brush my teeth, and I didn't wash my face. I can be sure that I will not stay here again. It was a very bad experience.
