房間空間不小，可以從通道直接進熱帶雨林館，比熱帶雨林裏面的房間好得多，但是房間不提供多的礦泉水，衹有兩瓶，多的需要收費
二層有健身房，設施比較齊全，也有點老舊

每次來昌平泡温泉都是住這，酒店服務到位，房間寬敞整潔，大堂服務更是無可挑剔，因為帶孩子，特意給選擇大一點兒的房間，不厭其煩地幫忙換温泉手環，孩子非常喜歡這家酒店。

房間很大很寬敞，帶孩子來這參加比賽選擇了這裏的房間，離比賽場地也就2公里，打車也方便。前廳工作人員服務也很不錯，很貼心，
孩子因比賽需要一些東西，向前台求助，前廳都幫忙解決了，感覺很好，性價比比較高。

老酒店了！設施都老了點兒！送了温泉票，衹有兩個泡池是免費的，其它都是收費的！水衹送2瓶！再加的話好像是3元一瓶！

提前預訂的房間沒給留，前台人員溝通半天臨時給換了一間房，結果早上起來燒口水喝電源還跳閘了，還跳兩次，還説是我燒水杯的問題，可我後邊幾天住九華咋一點問題沒有，真是無語
