I'm really speechless. I booked a hotel for four nights. On the first day, when I used the hair dryer, I found that it was blowing cold air. I called the hotel but no one answered. On the second day when I went out, I happened to meet the cleaning lady. After I told her that the hair dryer was blowing cold air, fortunately the lady changed it to a new one and cleaned it very well. I thought it was very good at the time. But on the last day, just after I took a shower and hadn't put on clothes, there was a sudden power outage. The room was completely dark. Fortunately, I lived with my boyfriend, otherwise, a girl would be scared to death in the middle of the night when the lights went out after taking a shower. After contacting the hotel, I changed the room. I can only say that I felt that the stay was very average. Although the service and hygiene were good, it was probably because the facilities were relatively old or there were other problems. I have never encountered power outages when staying in a hotel. I really think it's average.
