Although it was a little confusing to check in since there was no lobby, plenty of people nearby were very helpful and got us connected to the right person, who was also very friendly. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. Just a short walk to the water town area, our only regret was not being able to stay longer!

This apartment unit located just outside the water town. The room I got was on the 7th floor so the balcony is overlooking the Gubei water town and simatai great wall. The view at night was magnificent. The unit is a duplex. The upstairs is bigger than the downstairs. There were 2 bed rooms. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The shower was strong and there was also a washing machine inside for guests to use. Downstairs there was a small kitchen with microwave. There were some convenience stores around too.
