We had an amazing experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional assistance from the front desk lady (Dandan, 丹丹）. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made my stay truly pleasant. Her warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much to the staff who were very accomodating, even to foreigners. However, the bathroom doors were see-through, and even though it was separated from the room by a curtain you can still walk in and see a person in the shower or the toilet room. The room was also a litte crowded for three people to move around at the same time, but the beds are big. The hotel had nightly snacks of dumpling and tea, which were delicious. It also had a laundry room and gym room. It is near a train station.

Nothing beats a hospitable stay when you’re overseas. The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly! They ensured you were well taken care of. The seating area on the bar side was super cosy and you got to have free coffee or tea to keep you warm. The hotel comes with free laundry service (+++) and a gym. If you fancy some entertainment, there’s a reading corner and a pool table. Whether you crave for outside food or in-house food, you have the flexibility to order a takeout or dine in at the restaurant on the first floor. What amazed me was the robot waiters! Amazing use of them!! The cleaning lady on the 6th floor did a fantastic job at keeping the room clean and tidy, and also super friendly! The hotel cares about the tiniest thing, even your low battery phone. I had a hassle-free access to a charging block. You literally feel like home! Thank you, Sanyuanqiao CitiGo. CitiGo Hotel is home away from home! It is very close to so many shops, mini markets, bank, and restaurants and cafes. Not to far from the known museums as well i.e Forbidden City. The staff here are incredible! Very friendly and ready to assist you with anything. I definitely recommend CitiGo!!!

The hotel has everything you need as a solo traveller. The staff are young, full of energy and can speak English. They provide free laundry service and daily supper between 10PM - 11PM. I stayed for 6 nights and my room is cleaned daily without fail. Even though the room is small, the bed is soft, amenities are new and allowed me to have good night sleep everyday. The hotel is situated near the metro and located to many local attractions. Even taxi prices are reasonable to get around the city if walking is too much for that day. The hotel also uses robots to deliver food delivery (MeiTuan). Highly recommended for the convenience. As it is winter now, travelers can consider switching off the heater in the room or open the window if you’re feeling the heat.

I enjoyed my stay here. Check in was fuss free and easy without much issues. The room is nicely cleaned and packed every morning with newly washed towels and water bottles top up daily. The room did not have aircon to it as it was during winter but we resolved it by opening the windows. There was a slight miscommunication as we were informed during check in that we had free breakfast but was stopped at the counter saying that we did not purchase it. But they gave us one free breakfast for the hiccup after.

We had a very good time! Room was clean and always filled with supplies. Location also pretty good, next to a mall and restaurant area and not so far from down town. But the best was the staff. Always willing to help, from setting up the wifi to reserve the visit to the forbidden city, Great Wall and so on! Amazing stay we will definitely come back! Special thanks to 小李 and 小鱼! The rooms at Citigo Sanlitun Bridge Hotel are not large, but the space is utilized to the fullest, making it quite sufficient for two people. The hotel's location is very convenient, being close to the subway and the Beijing Airport Express line. There is also a Phoenix Mall nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel offers free late-night snacks from 10 to 11 PM, which is great. Toiletries can be obtained from the front desk, but razors are not provided. Overall, the experience was very good, and it offers great value for money. I will definitely come again next time.

The room is clean. Very convenient getting to/from airport. Free use of laundry/dryer. There is nothing much around the hotel, need to get out to the city centre for shopping.

CitiGO Hotel exceeded my expectations! The service was outstanding, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed. Our room was always spotless and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Highly recommend!

Staff are nice and helpful. They offered me a free breakfast as I had to leave early and I didn't book room with breakfast. Hotel is very close to the subway (just approx 200 metres behind the subway station exit D ). If you want hotel connecting yo Airport express, I will recommend this hotel.

Nice staff, room is clean, facilities are new. Comfortable stay. 1 metro stop from Airport and walk 5 minutes to arrive the hotel.
