The room is big enough, but the sofa is very old and needs to be replaced urgently. The service is generally okay, and occasionally you will encounter a waiter who grabs the elevator with you, haha. Also, you can't expect too much for the hotel breakfast. Some dishes and bread are just for display, which may not be suitable for you. There is only one coffee machine, and you have to wait in line. 酒店設施略顯老舊，但是服務一如既往的好，前台小董妹妹、李鉑皓弟弟服務很好，熱情禮貌，值得點贊。房間衞生很乾凈 舒適

這是續住第二天評價。 第一天：作為近鄰的北京人，因為鄰居裝修不得已住酒店兩三天，順便看劇，入住保利酒店，中規中矩的老牌子酒店，設施雖然舊了點，但服務一流。解決問題能力特別好，尤其表揚11月9號，服務15樓的保潔阿姨，做事特別認真，同時表揚酒店前台經理劉洋，對客人意見迴應迅速，並且第一時間提出了更好的解決方案，而且全程提醒服務區負責人員，很滿意。表揚酒店前台經理劉洋，表揚11月9日服務樓的保潔阿姨。也對酒店2層早餐廳的，11月9日門口接待小姐姐表揚。 不足或不滿意的是早餐廳的女服務員，以及餐廳的巡視的負責人，咄咄逼人的眼神盯着服務員幹活，巡視客人進餐，不太尊重客人。
