每次去古北水鎮，都會入住的古北之光温泉酒店，方便長者和孩子一起出遊，房間寬敞乾淨無異味，沒有吵雜的聲音很安靜，酒店早餐豐富，服務人員很熱情，尤其是宋麗娜經理，服務態度特別好，提前電話聯繫叮囑了很多注意事項，真的很貼心，真是一次愉快的旅行！

帶老媽和孩子入住古北之光，酒店性價比不錯，住在景區中心區域，去哪都方便。管家王情服務熱情周到，幫忙提早安排了住處。酒店的泳池也好，早餐非常不錯。

服務：訂了家庭房，我的一對一專屬經理💕王鐵鎚非常認真負責，剛到景區就提醒我，可以辦理行李託運，並且告知我目前還沒有打掃好的房間，並且在有房時，第一時間通知我可以入住。耐心為我講解如何做擺渡車，如何規劃泡温泉，細緻入微。因為問詢，沒想到她倒班休息，也沒有不耐煩，還是幫我耐心講解，非常感謝。
衞生：長者最關心衞生間，看到池子乾淨整潔，也誇讚幾句
設施：恆温超大游泳池，還是挺有意思，給小盆友拍了好多照片。很滿意。温泉♨️需要坐擺渡車去上游的御大，也很方便，泡的露天温泉，背景是司馬台長城的夜空，看了無人機表演。

中秋節全家一起來古北水鎮度假，之前來過很多次，覺得無論從地理位置，還是環境服務等，古北之光酒店一直都是我的首選。這次入住雖然最初有一點小插曲，但是酒店很快就協調解決了，給服務效率點贊👍另外，酒店大堂的佟經理，服務非常到位，期間各種問題都會熱情幫助解決，期待下次的古北之光之旅！
