前台11號小姐姐非常熱情，服務周到服務；工作人員態度都很好；房間寬大很寬敞，配置齊全，檔次也挺高，連按摩椅都有啦！無論是商務還是休閑都很適合；靠近俄羅斯大使館，辦俄簽非常方便；交通便利，對面就是華僑博物館；附近美食很多，推薦入住！

小孩子很喜歡房間裏面的小汽車床，交通方便，去故宮國博恭王府和王府井大街都很近。附近早餐飯館都很齊全，很便利。

Staff was incredibly helpful with storing luggage, helping carrying it etc.
Hotel room are spacious but can smell like someone smoked in it unfortunately, otherwise very clean.

酒店在東直門附近，地理位置非常好，可以從酒店對面的小衚衕穿行到雍和宮，小衚衕非常安靜，還隱藏了陳毅故居，很適合citywalk，酒店前面的路口有正宗的稻香村點心店，可以買伴手禮，後面就是老井俄式餐廳，味道不錯。酒店本身挺乾淨整潔的，床墊很好睡着一點不腰疼，價格真不貴！退房的時候還送了烤紅薯，很貼心！
