我們三大一小，一共住五天家庭房，優點是：可以免費寄放行李，可以下午2點退房，有烤地瓜，洗衣機，烘乾機，洗澡的水量很大，洗好的衣服有時候會忘記拿去烘乾，店員都會幫忙烘乾並打包好放1樓。
缺點：衞生比較臟，入住第一天就發現燒水壺上有頭髮，馬桶很臟。晚上洗澡時，發現家庭房衹有兩雙橡膠拖鞋，找前台，前台説拖鞋沒有了，第四天和阿姨反饋，阿姨才拿了雙拖鞋。環境一般，洗浴池有2個，一個有熱水，一個沒有熱水，房間裏大部分的插座都是壞的。每天的衞生服務衹倒了垃圾，桌面、地板都沒收拾過。
整體感覺：一般，還行。一晚567元的房間，不算便宜也不算貴。第一次去北京玩，第一次住這樣的酒店。有好有壞吧。

一言難盡，一直對衞生設施不太吹毛求疵，也從來沒差評過，但這次真是覺得沒法忍受，一家人下午入住，電梯跟客房中間要穿過像食堂一樣的小飯館，全是油煙味，早上5點油煙機一樣的聲音嗚嗚響；説是家庭影音房，投影都是歪的；晚上洗漱都不可思議了，淋浴頭噴水噴的是天南海北的，那麼晚都乏了，也不想找前台換房了，我要是圖房費便宜那我也能認…可500多的房費…大冤種無疑了。
服務：工作人員還是很好的，需要物品能很快響應…
