問題1：四個房間，其中2個房間空調是壞的，第一個晚上管家沒有告知空調是壞的，夜裡我開着空調蓋了2個被子，都被凍醒。無奈第二晚換了另一個房間。幸虧我人不多，還能換房間。
第二個房間空調開始是好的，然後關了一次就不在啟動，70歲父母衹能開着卧室門，靠客廳的熱風取暖，睡了一晚。
問題2：最無法忍受的。管家居然也住在這個院子裏。白天出出進進的在院子裏，一會給花澆水，一會自己在廚房做飯。對私密性已經造成影響。
第一件事：晚上我們外出就餐，孩子因為學校有事，就留在家中，把客廳門鎖上了。一會孩子給我打電話，管家居然開門進來了，嚇孩子一跳。
我們包的是整個院子，他沒有提前告知自己也需要住在這裏麪，這明顯屬於誤導。
並且當晚我們出門他並不知道，為什麼會直接開門自己進來，是不是客廳有攝像頭，而且門鎖都是壞的，根本鎖不上。我對財產安全和人身安全感覺擔憂。
第二件事：下午長者孩子都在休息，居然來了4個人來看房，管家就擅自帶着他們在院裏看各個房間，看廚房，看院子，根本沒有徵得我的同意。

第一天：入住房東大叔早早在小院等候迎接我們，小院給人感覺祕境舒服。房間整潔乾淨、設施齊全。下午指引我們爬山，登山長城的那一刻，舒緩了壓力、山頂的風景很美、遠眺高山羣山環繞。房東大叔晚上還幫忙給做吃的、打掃衞生。
第二天：享受美好清晨中聽着知了的叫聲，在小院享受早餐。結束兩天一宿的小院之旅。
美好的記憶是短暫的、希望有機會再來小院住。
