Heyuan Royal Garden Hotel

We checked in on Monday, and it was early autumn. It was a completely different experience from the peak summer season. I highly recommend coming here at this time. It was very comfortable and peaceful!

A family trip that was temporarily arranged exceeded expectations. The channel manager Congcong contacted us in advance, arranged the house viewing and check-in throughout the process, and helped us adjust the optimal room combination. The experience of the two large and one small hot springs provided with the room was also good. The facilities and sanitary conditions were good. There were not many people in the hot spring, and it was relatively quiet overall. The autumn colors of the entire garden were very charming, especially when strolling to the villa area, which was very photogenic. Both meals were eaten at Heyuan, and the set meal was purchased. The overall price-performance ratio was good. I heard that the old man took the initiative to send a bowl of longevity noodles on his birthday. The service was very good. There is room for improvement in breakfast, especially the coffee and tea drinks were relatively light. The breakfast felt more like a meeting meal, which was a bit simple for holiday guests.

The customer service staff Peng Xingyan and Li Shuyu are very nice. They replenished bottled water and arranged the room in a timely and thoughtful manner. The hot spring service is also very good. There are not many people and towels are replenished in time. Overall, I am very satisfied.

很差，無法用言語來形容的差，臟亂差吧，衞生搞得也不乾淨，早餐更是一言難盡，實在是看朋友沒辦法住了三天，更誇張的花188泡的温泉，水裡得瓷磚都掉了，又臟又亂

房間很乾凈，第二次入住了，體驗很好，酒店環境優美，空氣清新。再次謝謝客服聰聰送的小禮物！

房間很舒適，酒店的服務人員特別熱情，特別是保潔員李樹宇主動提供孩子的小拖鞋小浴巾等。酒店的餐廳吃得也不錯。温泉很適合小小朋友，小童樂園超出預期了！
