Originally, I booked a nearby hotel for the Thousand Lanterns Festival in Wenyu River, but I didn't make it to the festival. The hotel made up for some regrets. Service: Thank you very much for the customer service lady Congcong. I was waiting in the hotel lobby before arriving. Because it was inconvenient for me to travel with a wheelchair, Congcong kept helping to carry things and supporting the elderly. When she learned that we were not satisfied with the room, she immediately contacted us to change rooms. And she was able to grasp the key points and understand customer needs. She is really smart and beautiful. Catering: Thanks to a little girl with glasses and a chef in the Chinese restaurant. Because the restaurant only sold set meals at the time, we were three people and couldn't eat. The little sister saw my inconvenience and took the initiative to discuss with the chefs in the back kitchen whether they could make three bowls of noodles alone, and made an appointment for us to go over. I am really grateful. Every service staff I came into contact with in this hotel is very good, and there are also Transformers welcoming guests at the door. My mother likes it very much. 酒店環境安逸舒適，房型多樣，有温泉和多種康體娛樂，管家式服務很温馨，楊浩軍經理很熱情。

The hotel was better than expected, clean and sanitary, with good service; the lady at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, and specially arranged a room with a good view for us; the hot spring pool was very clean, not crowded, spacious and comfortable, and also provided fruit tea, which was very satisfactory.

整體還是比較滿意，作為商務會議的選擇是一個比較好的地方，大氣，寬敞，可以體現大公司的形象，個人覺得是一個大型會議的很好的選擇。
