I was allowed to sit after contacting customer service. There was no internal communication at all. The tour map provided by the hotel includes various animals, lawns and other areas. It looks like the public area of ​​the hotel. The room price of more than 2,000 is also for these public areas, because the room is worth 500, but the public area security is simple, rude and impolite. The pigeons on the lawn are part of the tour map. When we wanted to take pictures of the pigeons, the security shouted and stopped us from taking pictures, using rude words. After arguing with them, they said it was because we stepped on the lawn. First, there is no grass in Beijing in February, only dead grass. Second, the pigeon was on the lawn. As a marked item, it is impossible to approach without stepping on the lawn. Third, the lawn itself is also a marked item. The hotel lawn is not the park lawn. Fourth, the security guard later said that it cannot be stepped on at noon, but it can be stepped on in the morning and evening, which is inconsistent with the statement of protecting the lawn. Fifth, the security guard said from beginning to end that if there is a problem, go to the hotel. It can be seen that the public area does not recognize that it is part of the hotel. The hotel uses resources that they cannot control to sell high room prices, but cannot provide reasonable services for related resources.
