Special thanks to Mr Wang Xingsong （王薪淞）at the reception desk. I contacted him on Wechat on two occasions. He was very friendly and responded straight away, even on a weekend night when he was off duty, and resolved our requests straightaway on each occasion. Will definitely stay again.
