首先位置不在主景區，在蘭谷區域，很安靜，坐車可達酒店，但需要換乘。其次酒店是藏式加土樓混搭風格，很有創意，房間和床都很大，住宿體驗不錯，最後是服務到位，有問必答，總之值得推薦

這次從預訂到入住還是一如既往的滿意；先説預訂~由於之前定的房型沒有了~攜程工作人員主動聯繫我並墊付了變更後的房型差價並時刻關注預訂狀態~直到確認預訂成功~感謝！
入住當天，正值過年期間，整個酒店甚至度假區都非常忙碌~ 我們中午到達的時候 火塘酒店值班前台吳海濤看到房間還沒打掃出來且要等很久，考慮到外面天氣寒冷且帶着小朋友~主動幫忙協調到相鄰的函谷關酒店幫我們儘快入住，在此，特別感謝！！
酒店房間入住舒適 服務員特別友好~外面天寒地凍 房間內温暖如春~感謝酒店工作人員幫我們在度假區度過了一個完美的春節假期~謝謝！

很喜歡這個風格的酒店，在酒店的最深處，住着很清凈，出行不太方便，但是整個古北水鎮的服務還是很好的，晚上空調壞了，實在修不了最後幫我們協調到念城，有些遺憾

藏式裝修，還不錯，就是床上的尖鋭金屬掛飾正對着人臉，怕掉下來，睡不踏實！沒有早餐，要走去另外一家吃早飯，不是很方便，還有位置是最靠近山的，確實幽靜，但需要倒兩次擺渡車，站點還不是同一個地方，確實不方便，離泡温泉的地方也需要倒2次車！
