1.在北京住過最差的房間，雖然地理位置是沒那麼優越，但是其他設施都非常糟糕，酒店地毯掉渣、房間燈是壞的、屋內暖氣不工作、空調衹會嗚嗚響。
2.房間首頁寫有特色項目漢服體驗兩小時，去到後，前台告訴我這服務衹有夏天才有，那冬天為什麼這將項服務還寫在酒店特色作為招牌呢？
3.遺漏了一件物品在房間，退店第二天發現後及時給他們打電話溝通。得到的回覆是：他們這兩天接了個團特別特別忙，讓我過兩天再打電話。過了兩天，我又打電話過去跟我説這兩天打掃衞生的阿姨都不在，下週一再打。前前後後拖了幾乎五天，現在打電話過去還是無果。特別糟糕的體驗。

賓館的歷史有點久，勝在性價比，如果對地理位置沒有很高的要求，解決在北京的住宿問題還是很OK的，畢竟是這個價格，一切都可以理解。

位置偏遠，更顯存在價值，看得出是有悠久歷史和較大規模的一家店。古色古香，環境比較有特色，房間設施偏老舊，洗澡水不熱，能勉強稱為温水，差點凍感冒，還找不到吹風機。早餐品種比較簡單不算豐富，好在幾樣素菜小炒還挺入味，不潦草。

酒店環境不錯，但是設施太舊了，住也不方便，秋天去很冷了，夜裡衹有幾度，居然沒有暖氣和熱空調，於是給了一個電加熱爐才熬過一夜，早上早餐也很少
