Классный отель. Администратор Синди милая девушка. Мы не в первый раз останавливаемся в отеле всегда на высоте. Есть трансфер от отеля в аэропорт. Завтраки выше всех похвал. Однозначно рекомендую всем друзьям и знакомым.

設施略顯年代感，主要是椅子的扶手的高度跟桌子的下沿高度接近，扶手很容易被磨損。房間的隔音不錯，沒有受到過多噪音騷擾。大堂咖啡吧的反zha廣播有點煩人，到前台表示無奈，説gong安要求必須24小時播放。要感謝下酒店工作人員，特別是前台的亞萍小姐姐。我在過安檢後才發現有個手機落酒店了，這時候已經到海關了，再返回去恐怕時間來不及了。於是趕緊聯繫前台，前台表示司機無法在客運大樓停留，於是我請求酒店派個工作人員幫我把酒店送到機場的問詢處，讓問詢處幫忙聯繫航司工作人員。結果航司櫃枱表示不能進入到登機區域，讓亞萍找安保。幸虧遇到的是該航司地勤工作人員，該小哥非常爽快地把這個活承接了下來，但表示要1點半下班後才能幫我送，因為登機是2點，所以最後時間剛好來得及。最後在登機前終於拿到了手機。在整個跟機場工作人員的溝通中，亞萍小姐姐不厭其煩地一個一個去溝通，急客人所急，憂客人所憂，體現了一個星級酒店工作人員應有的服務意識和服務水平，讓人覺得有温度有熱情，特此表示衷心感謝，也對給予幫助的其他酒店工作人員表示誠摯的謝意。
