已經是第二次入住，酒店服務非常好，升級到了套房。每天打掃很及時，行政酒廊的服務也很熱情周到，一切都很完美！唯獨酒店SPA服務未能體現五星級標準，令人失望。

房間非常乾淨，鳥巢、水立方、國家體育館不僅能俯瞰，走過去也非常近，看演唱會的首選酒店。更別感謝前廳Vincent，服務太周到了，給了我們很好的住店體驗，洲際的服務水平必須好評。

來看演唱會的 很近很方便，前台幫忙升了樓層景觀很正。設施看上去保養挺好的，不知道是不是剛好14樓翻新過了。床軟軟的不錯。
