Unexperienced and unprofessional people at the reception. They don’t have any knowledge about Visa-related formalities, waisting time of the customers. The room is dirty and small. Water is sometimes missing in the shower.

I spent 3 nights at 家和丽 hotel in Beijing and had such a good time there. The room is small, but clean and well equipped of everything. The reception staff is very friendly and they tried to do all the best to help me. The location is very good, 10 minutes from Beijing Railway Station and also very close to the main touristic attractions of the city like Tiananmen Square, temple of heaven. I highly recommend it!!

The room was incredibly dirty, the lock on the door would not close properly (and you could not lock the door from the inside) and the toilet was clogged twice during our stay due to an plumbing/installation error. The hotel appears to have started a renovation, but seemingly stopped halfway through. The floor in our room was held together with tape and the bathroom was extremely small. The rooms are also quite noisy. If you have a room near the back entrance, you will hear the staff going in and out early in the morning. If you value your sleep and you have a little extra to spend, then definitely stay elsewhere.

supersmall but comfortable room, perfect for one person for budget stay 10 minutes walk to the metro station and several shopping centers and restaurants they don't provide plug adapter no toiletries in the room, you always have to go down and ask for something if you need staff don't speak english

The hotel is great for its price range! Clean, great location, friendly staff. The only problem was the occasional tobacco smell. Even though the hotel is smoking-free, I felt a tobacco smell each time I turned on the A/C.

The hotel is really nice, the location is good, it not too far from the metro station and there are many halal restaurants close to it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I like the room although it is so small but it has everything I needed. Will definitely book again next trip in Beijing. It is also convenient for going to the famous attractions in the city, you can go to forbidden city or temple of heaven by bus.

Room was fine, but the floor was cement and a bit dirty. Our room also wasn’t cleaned at all while we stayed there (4 nights) but I suppose for the price that is fair. Otherwise very good value, good location, and helpful and friendly staff. Only a 30 minute walk from Tian’anmen square with a metro nearby

Do not expect much from cheap hotels in China - they cannot be good (and clean). However, considering the price and good location, I won't complain, I am satisfied with the service provided. The best about this hotel is its staff. They helped me a lot with everything.

Good hôtel with very a location right in the city center. The rooms are a little small but the bed is Nice. Also a little Noisy from the people talking in the corridors.

Room was fine, bed and sheets were quite clean. Location was great, quite central to the main attractions in Beijing, and the nearest train station was a few minutes' walk away. Stayed for 7 days. However, after 3 nights we had to request to clean our room because the staff didn't do so for the past days. What the staff did at first was to make the bed and clear the trash, but the floor was dirty and the shower wasn't cleaned either. Then, the shower head stopped working. Thought it was just a one-time thing at night. But for the last 3 days, the shower head completely stopped working. We asked Trip if a refund of some sort can be made because this was highly inconvenient and frustrating, and we were already settled in and ending the trip. They only offered a change in room, but couldn't do anything else. Room wasn't cleaned at all either, only trash was taken out. Not even the old towels were taken away. That aside, staff were friendly, and at least the room was quite spacious. Though for the price per night, it was quite hefty given the shower issue.

Very small room without window, but close to metro station

Best value , room just for the night . No window 10 mins walk to local restaurant.

Receptionist helped us many time to get information, really helpfull. The room was good too

Location abit further from the metro - around 900m . Room size is small but still ok for me since i travel alone . Clean and well manage - maybe newly renovated
