外形設計很特別，但是明顯就是一個荒廢的藝術中心……服務人員態度也一般，園區打掃衞生人員特別沒素質……房間藝術氣息濃厚，但是大廳明顯是荒廢了

院落和餐廳還行，但住宿六百多塊一晚的西院房，像個陰森的大倉庫，孩子都不想進去，一分鐘也不想多呆，覺得踩了個大坑，影響了出來玩的心情，多開半小時車平谷區裏面同等價位的酒店比天壤之別，建議老闆要不重新裝一下，增加下采光，要不這幾間房就別當客房了，太敗好感度啦。

房間和整體配套設施很滿意，環境也很有藝術氣息，還可以彈鋼琴，孩子很滿意，希望下次再來玩。有小動物，希望再多點大滑梯和户外拓展設施就更好了。

After checking in, I received the room card. After walking around, I came back and found that no matter how I swiped the room card, it said it was invalid. I went to the front desk to report it to the staff, but the staff didn't even say to check it and insisted to go back and try again. I followed him back to the yard, and he swiped it twice and said he would check it. He used the password to open the room and let us in. After waiting for a while, he said it was demagnetized and gave me the password. But at night, when I planned to go out to the yard to see if there were any stars, the door completely broke down and could not be opened no matter what I did. I contacted the staff in desperation, but no one replied to my WeChat message or answered the phone. I changed another phone number and they said they would arrange for a technician. After some effort, the door opened, but it couldn't be closed again. The technician said the lock was broken and they had to remove a lock from another door and replace it. It was 10:30 in the evening and the children had already fallen asleep, but the maintenance technician left the door open to remove and change the locks. He worked for half an hour, and cold wind blew in. The temperature in the room dropped sharply, and even with the air conditioner on, there was no warmth at all. The whole family was exhausted both physically and mentally. As for the so-called art museum, it is recommended that people who do not have a high level of art appreciation do not have too high expectations. The breakfast is even harder to describe. It's either milk, toast, boiled eggs and pickles, or a bowl of rice noodles. You can choose one of the two. If you say no, they really do have it. If you say yes, it feels worse than the simple meal given during the physical examination. As for the advantage, it is quite close to Shilinxia. You can just go around and cross the road.
