The hotel is conveniently located, clean, the beds are very comfortable. The staff speaks good English, professional. But the breakfast is not tasty 98 yuan per person, I saw a cockroach running on the table with dishes.

Good hotel. Upon check-in they offered an upgrade to a higher level, provided a family room with 2 adjoining rooms. The staff is friendly. The linen is excellent, the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable.

Park Plaza Hotel has always been one of our priorities for our customers when booking rooms. The location is good, right next to Wangfujing, perfect for a walk at night. Hotel prices are also very suitable for most of our clients. Guests reported that the hotel staff are very polite and helpful, and are very friendly to us foreign tourists, solving some of their questions and making their travel easier.

I basically stay here when I come to Beijing. It’s convenient for travel and cost-effective. This time it’s summer vacation and the connected room I was given was not well soundproofed. Stayed here more than three times and everything else is great.
